as far as I see if we use Probe after its degradation florescence molecules just float around and glow and tell us CT value but in that scenario we ain't getting any melt point data are we? as they don't assemble back into probe, if I'm not mistaken what are the advantages of probe?

Referring to Last of Us and belonging to HBO shows either a lack of basic knowledge and/or research on your topic OR willful ignorance to drum up these exact domments. Either way, disliked

People seem to not understand what a “sense” is. We all know the 5 basic senses because they’re almost impossible to ignore. But over the centuries we have learned to dismiss many, aside from a “faint echo” of them. We no longer rely heavily on the. For survival, and modern society and technology have pretty much eliminated the “life or death” necessities of other sense. Even smell and hearing have diminished because the way we use them is different than it was hundreds or thousands of years ago. We can’t identify people by smell, smell because we rly more in sight these days, for example. Intuition is something we get here now there, that feeling of something being “off”. But the weird thing is, when we go to war, that sense comes back. We observe 3D space and detect more “changes” in situations than otherwise. And sometimes that heightened “intuition” becomes problematic when we return, because we are constantly scanning, despite the being no real danger that is present. Another interesting fact I learned was that the US military sought out and enlisted native Americans for their tracking skills. Upon enlistment, they had to meet grooming standards, ie haircut, shaving, etc. and many of them actually said that it was more difficult to track than before, and it was realized that they were in tune with their body, down to their hair. When they cut their hair they had a harder time because things like changes in wind direction and speed were things they noticed subconsciously that sort of indicated where to focus attention for i formation such as smell and sound. This is also believed to be a reason why when we are scared, our hairs on our body stand on end or get goosebumps (which also cause hairs to stand upward). An old relic of survival and information intake. When our hairs stand up, they react to changes in wind, allowing us to better use our other sense, and indicate if there’s a threat from a specific direction. Feel the hairs move a certain way in response to the wind and our attention focuses on the direction the wind is coming from.

This would make sense after all, but all of the senses listed in the video, apart from the 5 original senses that were listed, all of them could be described into one of the original senses....It’s true that many of the additional senses can be related to or considered extensions of the five traditional senses, some like... 1. **Proprioception**: Could be considered an extension of touch, as it involves the perception of the position and movement of the body. 2. **Thermoception**: Also related to touch, as it involves sensing temperature through the skin. 3. **Nociception**: Linked to touch, since pain is often experienced through the skin and other tissues. 4. **Equilibrioception**: Could be connected to hearing, as the inner ear is responsible for balance. 5. **Interoception**: A bit more complex, but aspects like hunger and thirst can relate to internal touch and chemical senses. While these senses can be mapped to the traditional ones, they still represent distinct types of sensory input that provide unique information about our internal and external environments...

What is Sanger sequencing? A conventional method used since 1977, is still used today In this we denature the DNA, by increasing the temperature. Cool down to cause primers to anneal. DNA polymerase then extend the DNA fragments until a fluorescently labeled dideoxyribonucleotide is reached. The chain is terminated. The colour of the florescent indicates the base at which the chain is terminated. When the DNA fragments are separated by size, we can determine the sequence of terminal nucleotides and determine the sequence of DNA/genome
